Why American Eagle Is My Favorite Website

The reason that I chose American Eagle as my favorite website is because it is one of my favorite places to shop at in stores and online. It is a website that I come to often and I have always found it to be user friendly which makes navigating easy. American Eagle has a few elements of contrast that stood out to me. All of the important information that they want shoppers to see are backed with red blocks to really stand out. One of the red blocks is located at the top of the screen so that it goes to every page that shoppers click on and the other is a little further down on the home page with text flashing on it. The use of repetition also applies to that example because they repeat the red blocks twice throughout their home screen. Repetition is also repeated on all of the interactive boxes. Every box that you can click on is the same size/ type of font. As for alignment everything is places neatly together and text is paired with a photo or a colored text block. For proximity I really like how they group the text boxes together and then have about one inch white spaces in between to make everything looked organized and not cluttered. The last thing that I like about this website is its interactivity, users can explore the webpage on their own and leave comments on certain outfits and or read reviews over them. They can also chat online with someone who works at the stores if they need help making it convenient for online shoppers.

I made my blog look better by working on the following things, contrast repetition, alignment, and proximity. I changed the contrast by changing the font from being all the same so now the header is a different more lighter font so that the focus is on the rest of the content. I chose fonts and colors that were simple and easy on the eye. For repetition I made sure that the titles were all the same size and font, along with the body both post are the same. I  kept the theme of pink throughout each post with adding a hint of blue to add some variation. I did not really change alignment and proximity because the theme that I chose already had the sizing to my liking.

Why I Want a Degree From UTSA

The reason that I want a degree from UTSA is because it is one of the best universities in San Antonio. UTSA is climbing the ladder when it comes to the top schools in Texas, making this university a place that I could say that I was proud to attend. I feel that UTSA also has one of the best Communication Degree programs within the San Antonio area.
